This service is the doorway most people enter through when they first come to Allergy Free & More. Many who initially inquire are those who have allergies, or intolerances. Others don’t know if they have allergies but have symptoms they, or their Dr., think could be from allergies. Some inquirers don’t have allergy concerns but have heard we are able to help with more than allergies. Our name describes the progression most people go through when they work with us. They come for allergies and discover we help with much more. We have found often allergy energetic imbalances are responsible and often the core reason for many of the seemingly unrelated health challenges they suffer with.
Allergies or intolerances cause inflamation in the body and left unchecked that inflamation over time can develop into many chronic type issues. Because allergies are caused by a combination of three things, we not only help our clients to become free from the energetic imbalances from allergies to alleviate suffering. But, we work to reduce the three things that make them easily develop new allergies. These three allergy causes are weak immunity, electromagnetic frequency exposure, and stress. A combination of these three things are necessary to develop an allergy.
Along with what specifically could be causing intolerances or allergies imbalances, we scan the body for the type of things that cause weakened immunity, like toxins, pathogens, heavy metals, and plastics to name a few. The scan includes things that contribute to the body holding stress like: negative emotions, hormones, vitamins, minerals, and the nervous system. We scan for radiation stress Indicators like 5G and Wifi.
Lastly the scan compares the highest and best frequencies for body parts with their corresponding parts to see if there is any imbalance in the body including inflamation in those locations. When we have finished the first visit between our Applied Kinesiology testing of their diet, and our BioscanSRT scan, we have not only started to rebalance their body to whatever it negatively reacts to but, we have the information in hand to develop a wellness plan for them.
When a client schedules a first naturopathic visit they are also scheduled with three follow up appointments. Because we have been successful for a decade and a half helping people our schedule is usually full and we often have an extensive wait list. When a client starts the process with us we don’t want their healing to stall because they can’t get a follow up appointment.
We have chosen to schedule all clients with four appointments. This is because for most people it takes two appointments to rebalance their most commonly eaten foods and or pollen, one for mold exposure and one for Dairy. If they don’t have all these challenges we can easily cancel any appointment not needed ( we ask 72 hours notice please).

What is it?
Quantum Balance at Allergy Free and More helps restore emotional and physical well-being by correcting emotional imbalances. We identify and release trapped emotions that may be affecting your health, promoting holistic healing for both emotional resilience and physical vitality.

Through gentle, non-invasive techniques, we work to identify and release these trapped emotions, and then retrain the brain on how to respond through a different lens going forward. How Does It Work?
We utilize applied kinesiology, more commonly known as muscle testing, to identify trapped emotional frequencies within the body, which are then released using magnets, prayer, or a combination of both.
During the first visit, you’ll receive an introduction to Quantum Balance, including an overview of what to expect in follow-up sessions. We’ll discuss a brief health history before proceeding to rebalance your cellular frequency by releasing negative emotional frequencies.
Dr. Debbie and Jessica work closely together, as their approaches complement each other. In Quantum Balance sessions, Jessica often uncovers physical issues that Dr. Debbie can address, while Dr. Debbie identifies emotional imbalances that Jessica can help with. We’ve observed that our clients experience faster healing when both modalities are used, reflecting the interconnectedness of the body.
Results
Clients come in for a variety of reasons. Some struggle emotionally and some have physical issues tied to both known and unknown emotional challenges. Many leave after the first session feeling lighter, and some experience an immediate breakthrough. But overall, time and patience are a necessity for this holistic approach. Recovery time will look differently for each person as our situations are so unique.
