Marcia Lewis-Charles

Marcia is the office manager at Allergy Free and More, She keeps everything running smoothly and is the first beautiful face you will be greeted by. Marcia is a seasoned Office Manager with a diverse background that uniquely qualifies her for this role at Allergy Free and More. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional Life Coach. Currently, Marcia also serves as the Director of an Inner Healing Ministry in New Jersey, Marcia brings a unique and compassionate perspective to office management at Allergy Free, ensuring a supportive and efficient workplace environment. Inspired by her family, including her husband and daughter, Marcia remains hopeful and committed to fostering connections and growth within her personal and professional spheres

Deborah Tokarski ND

Deborah is a Board Certified Naturopathic Dr., with a natural health practice in Ridgewood New Jersey. She is a wife of 47 years, a mother of three, and the proud grandmother of twelve grandchildren. Her interest in natural health began when she took a class with a naturopathic Dr, and learned about herbs and natural ways to help her family thrive. This led to an academic pursuit of natural health and in July 2000, she became a Certified Natural Health Practitioner. This was the beginning of a ten year career as a herbalist. In 2010 she continued her educational pursuit with the study of nutrition and became a Certified Nutritional Consultant. Trinity College of Natural Health in Warsaw Indiana, is where Debbie completed her studies as Naturopath and soon became Board certified. Debbie was introduced to the wonders of bioenergetics when a close friend with severe allergy challenges was amazingly helped by a new bioenergetic technology. Knowing many people could benefit from this new approach she went to Canada to learn bioenergetics and was trained as a Registered Holistic Allergist. After this Debbie focused her work in the area of allergies, and opened Allergy Free & More Natural Health Center in Ridgewood New Jersey.

Jessica Andersen

Jessica Is a natural health practitioner who specializes in the modalities: Quantum Balance, Coherent Restore. and Aleph Tav. Her journey into health and well-being is shaped by her own transformative experiences spanning more than two decades. Her diverse training and certifications reflect a holistic approach, enabling her to help clients heal both emotionally and physically. Jessica’s passion for health and well-being emerged from her own health struggles, particularly after enduring a decade of sickness and pain. She found significant healing through Allergy Free & More and through Wellspring Ministries in Anchorage, Alaska, where she discovered the deep connection between body, soul, and spirit. This discovery led to her physical and emotional healing, sparking a desire to help others understand the link between emotional healing and physical health. Jessica now combines applied kinesiology with concepts from her training with The Quantum Academy and Wellspring Ministries to offer a unique approach to holistic healing. She is certified as an Aleph Tav Body System practitioner and is a certified Working Genius facilitator. She also has a teaching background in Health, Physical Education and coaching.

On a personal note, Jess is a mother of three and has been married for over 20 years to her best friend, Matt. She loves photography, animals, music, the beach, playing volleyball, flowers, laughing and is known as the goofball of the family.

Angelica Squiteri

Angelica is a natural health practitioner who specializes in naturopathic medicine and allergy relief. From a very young age, Angelica knew that she wanted to help people. In more recent years, she fell in love with holistic health and the two passions crossed. She has studied under and worked alongside Deborah Tokarski for 11 months. She completed her Certified Natural Health Professional program and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner at Trinity School of Natural Health, the same school her grandparents and Deborah Tokarski attended. Having dealt with her own health challenges, she is determined to be the person she needed throughout her own journey. Her personal goal is to assist those she loves into complete health and spread as much knowledge of healing the body, soul, and spirit as she can. Angelica comes from a big family of eight, so spending time with her siblings is what feels like home. She enjoys listening to all types of music, working out, and learning about other cultures. She would love to travel all over the world.
